Paola Tafolla serves as Vice President of Business Operations at Abundant IoT, driving operational strategy, expanding strategic partnerships, and streamlining business operations. She has played a key role in scaling infrastructure, optimizing processes, and aligning cross-functional teams to support the company’s rapid growth in energy, IoT, and sustainability solutions. 

With a background rooted in supply chain, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution, Paola brings a unique perspective to the tech sector. Her transition from the beauty and fashion industry into technology operations has enabled her to apply best practices in business development and Kaizen to the fast-paced world of eIoT.  

Paola is based in Southern California and is passionate about building high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Outside of work, she loves to travel and immerse herself in new cultures. With a goal of visiting every country in the world, she’s currently at 36 and counting.
